Does anyone know the name of a music video of a teenage boy and girl country line dancing?

It was this music video of a boy and a girl. I'm guessing they were in their teenage years. They really liked one another, deeply and respectfully. Almost as though they had a platonic friendship. I can recall them riding on a bus embraching each other company. She came down with a sickeness. And went to go visit her, along with the gift he had bought for her. He bought her some country boots for them to go country line dancing. Fortunately, she made it to the event, and they both were line dancing with a small group in a gymnasium.
