While at the mall over Christmas I was soooo annoyed...everyone's cell phones were going off playing a multitude of pop tunes, rock tunes, country tunes, classical music.....my God what a cacophony....but it gave me an idea...I'm going to market a cell phone that, when you have an incoming call...gives a series of short rings...that's all...no more annoying songs and special effects...just a convenient and efficient short ring.....I think I may be on to something....
Perhaps you could call it a "beeper"
There actually is a machine I read about that can somehow make all the cell phones in the area inoperable. Now that's an invention!

I would like to have a gadget that I can carry that makes every ringing cell phone within my earshot send its owner a nice electrical jolt.
Instead of short rings, how about one that vibrates?
