The following excerpt is taken from a British newspaper:
Chelsea Football Club's Antonio Conte: 'I think Tottenham now is the best team. They are in great form. They have a lot of enthusiasm because they are feeling the POSSIBILITY to write history'
My question is this:
Don't you think that 'chance' or 'opportunity' are more appropriate or better grammar than "possibility"?

Yes. Conte is not a native English speaker.
