Identify Wasp? Queen?

Horrifying. I saw some yellow jackets buzzing around this spot on the side of the roof where I believe they've been going into the Attic. I sprayed it and some what I believe were yellow jackets came out and died. It's been a few days and I just spotted this one.

Is this the queen? What should I do? I HATE BEES!

@Seraphinx,
I've heard " If you don't bother them, they won't bother you."

@roger,
Yeah, one stung me on the eye-lid when I was a kid and I wasn't bothering him at all. Didn't even see it.

@Ponderer,
Were you able to see anything else?

I'm very allergic to bee stings, and I'm pretty sure that extends to wasps and stuff like that. It somewhat affects your attitude.
