Is it correct to use the future progressive (continuous) for planned actions?
If so, would you please give me some examples?
Also, is it correct to use the future progressive in the following way?
I'll be arriving at 11 o'clock tomorrow morning.

Your sentence is perfectly acceptable, and commonly used.
It'll (a contraction of "It will") be a cold day in Hell before I agree to your plan.
The weather tomorrow will be rainy, so take your umbrella.
