So I for one am esp conf's'd when I walk into their office where I must greet both BH and LH Nelson simultaneously

There's nothing wrong with that, but I'd be stumped to imagine a situation in which you would say that. It might reasonably appear in a letter, an e-mail or a text message.

When sending Christmas cards, my parents used to write "Season's greetings to all at no. 65" (for example).
