How you feel when you hear of a massacre? especially if you don't know the victim people?
read this for example:
It is true. It is happening in Afghanistan. Land of terror for its people more than to any other one in the world. more than 60 men are killed, mostly villagers. and 47 girls, mostly their young daughters are kidnapped. by who? by people calling themselves Taliban or ISIL, coming from around the world and within the country. the government is silent. the world is silent. because its a village and its Afghanistan. RIP all, none may.

@fatimasima,
What should we do, send in troops? I think we tried that, we keep trying that and it keeps failing. These things are happening in many places around the world. Who are the Taliban and ISIL? Are they foreign invaders? No. They are the friends and neighbors of the ones being killed. Unfortunately the ones doing the killing are usually motivated by religion. What can any outsider do to help? Come in and start shooting people? Even the killers have families and friends who will then seek revenge. How many years have US troops been "training" Afghan forces to keep their own country secure? And what is the result? Complete chaos.
There is no solution that can come from outside Afghanistan.

@TomTomBinks,
just to know, H. Clinton confessed that U.S, Saudi Arabia, and Isreael initiated ISIL some years ago, founded and funded it, just to bring flames into the houses of local poor people. now they don't know how to fight its spread. and they don't practically.
Instead of helping the public to rebuild, to have jobs, education, and awareness, military is equipped. There is no solution that can come from outside these countries.

@fatimasima,
Really? Did they start the Taliban as well? What about Al-Qaeda? How about Al-Shabbab? These things are happening because of religious extremism and a rejection of education and progress. It's too easy to blame some mysterious outside forces for all your problems. How many Afghan soldiers turned on their fellows? How many simply abandoned their duties? Were they all paid to do so by the US?
Yes, the US armed the Jihadis during the Russian occupation, but their actions afterward were their own idea.
I agree that Saudi Arabia is part of the problem, it's their brand of extremism that fuels ISIL and the others.
