The following line is from a Pink Floyd song called "Time."

10 years have GOT behind you.

My question is this:

What does "got" stand for? In other words, is it the past tense of “get”?

To express, people might say "I have 10 years behind me at this job."'

"Have' can be expressed as "got" "He's got 10 years behind him at that job.'

The music lyrics just play on that idiom.

Yes, it is. "got behind" more or less means "not in front of (you anymore). In this sense "got behind" just means "passed"
