Which of the following sentences is or are correct?

1) The President IS SET TO VISIT Britain in August.

2) The President IS TO VISIT Britain in August.

3) The President IS DUE TO VISIT Britain in August.

If all three are possible, do they mean the same thing?

If so, which would you use or do you prefer?

Thank you.
