Which of the following sentences is or are correct?

1) It's years since I skied.

2) It's years since I have skied.

3) It's been years since I skied.

4) It's been years since I have skied.

If all four are possible, do they mean the same thing?

If so, which would you use or do you prefer?

Thank you.
