Which of the following sentences is correct?

1) She has always made a point TO NOT date her co-workers.

2) She has always made a point NOT TO date her co-workers.

Both 'to not' and 'not to' are acceptable. Even though English teachers will say you should not split an infinitive, native English speakers have been doing it for hundreds of years. Generally, a split infinitive is fine to use if it makes a sentence more clear.
