Should I use "inside" or "inside of" in the sentence below?
There is too much anger inside / inside of you.
Thank you.
Inside of is mainly US English.
Nevertheless, an American would say ". . . inside you."
But on a side note . . .
Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read.
