Be back in fashion or come back to fashion

Is it "to be back in fashion" or "to come back to fashion"?

If both are possible, do they mean the same thing?

If not, when should I use each of them?

Would you please give me a few examples?

Also, should I say, "This kind of dress is back in fashion" or "This kind of dress has come back to fashion"?

Thank you.

@paok1970,
I would use "to be back in fashion" or "to come back INTO fashion" almost interchangeably.
This kind of dress is back in fashion.
This kind of dress has come back into fashion.
