Which of the following three sentences is correct?

1) Can you suggest a good restaurant in Paris?

2) Can you suggest ME a good restaurant in Paris?

3) Can you suggest a good restaurant in Paris TO ME?

Sentences one and three are fine. Sentence two needs the preposition "to" before "me."
