In Florida, the left lane IS the passing lane, however, most people just get over there and forget to get back to the right lane.
When we lived up north it was legal to pass on the right if a car is making a left turn, but not in Florida, you just have to wait until that damn car makes the left turn, even if it takes all day, and sometimes it do!!!

Window envelopes. That's my peeve of the day. Credit card companies and utilities send out millions of bills in a month, always with those man made little window envelopes, and every one of the goes to the same address. Why not just print their crumby address on the envelope so you don't have to orientate the tear strip in it. It can be put into the envelope four different ways - exactly one of which will have their address showing. And really, a plain envelope with printed return address costs less than a window envelope printed with their return address anyway.
Okay, I do payables, amongst other things, and stuffing a check run's worth of envelopes is a two hour job. Geeze.
