I am beginner in protein naturation/denaturation area. I just want
to ask if protein naturation/denaturation process is depedent of PH.
If yes, is there a mathematical relationship describing this depedence?
What other factors contribute to protein naturation/denaturation?

If there is a tutorial in internet, please let me know...

Thank you!

Yes, denaturation is effected by pH. To the best of my knowledge, however, there is not simple formula for this because different proteins are stable at different pHs. Some other things that can denature protiens are salts, temperature, and detergents.
