My job applications isn't showing

I have recently applied for a job at McDonald's the same place as I had to previously decline, however the new application hasn't appeared in the view my application section of the website, I have received the email verifying that my job application has gone through, however i'm not sure if it has or not. Anyone else had this issue and could help me?
