Yes. Time for a visit to the Vet.
Hi Goodforgolf, and welcome to A2K.
When I moved house about 1 year ago, my cat, Changa, displayed the same symptoms.
I took him to the vet and he was kept in for a couple of days, basically with Changa there were two possible causes the vet said:
1) He had a blockage, ie had eaten something he shouldn't have
2) There was something else (I liked it when the vet said that, it was so descriptive)
During the stay with the Vets Changa, was x-rayed, prodded and poked, in the end they could find nothing wrong with him and he stopped vomiting and the diarrhea went away too (gradually)
In the end I think it was just the trama of moving 200 miles that did it.
Has anything traumatic happend to your cat, that you know of.
I'd still say take him to the Vet, if only for your peace of mind. It is always better to be safe than sorry.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Welcome to A2K.
Take your cat to the vet. Make an appointment today.
Go to the vet - it could be a number of things, two of which were pointed out by Kedge.
Oh, PLEASE go to the vet! Your pet's health depends on you. Let us know how it goes, OK?
