How to calculate the probability a die will come up with odd numbers twice, after rolling it 12 times?

@Sklipnott,
Assuming you mean exactly twice with a die that has half of its sides odd, C(12,2)/2^12, where C(n,r) = n! / (r! * (n-r)!). So, that's 66/4096 or 33/2048.
