Please help me with a latin phrase

I would suggest

Unum Munus Una Manus

It is hard to find exact Latin equivalents of "department" and "team".

Munus -- primary meaning is an office or function, but can also mean
what we would now call a department

Manus -- primary meaning is a hand, but can also refer to a team.

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking.

WEll my dad is 95 and has not done Latin since his youth, so I am unsure if those phrases are okay, and if they say what he says they say, and I wonder if there are ways to connect them?

Georgetown University Medical Center.

Since unum would be neuter in this context, I would suggest using
unus (masculine) or una (feminine).

I'm not sure how you would combine them, but if you give me an English
phrase, I will try to try translate it to Latin.

but perhaps is it is combined it would be okay. How about "one department is one team, to care for the whole person".

unum --> one
munus --> function, department
est --> is
una --> one
manus --> hand, team
ad curandum --> for the care of, to care for
personam --> person
totam --> whole
