This horrid scurge of mankind was once every housewife's curse and now, well it seems to have been forgotten. Why?

Ceili- S-l-o-w-y I turn, step by step, inch by inch..........................

You have hit one of my hot buttons. Do you remember when the detergent, Wisk, used "ring around the collar" in their commercials? I found that campaign, so thoroughly obnoxious, that to this day, I will not buy the product.

As far as I am concerned, it is second only to, "Please don't squeeze the Charmin", in its level of disgustingness! Evil or Very Mad

Phoenix, believe me when I say I hated the commercials and the message too.
I also hated a chip commercial, where everyone was skinny, happy, happy, happy - singing all because of chips. Puhleeze....as if.

Am I to believe, judging by the reactions here, that there never was an ancient Chinese secret?

Excuse me, I have to leave now. I need some time to get away and think.
