@boomerang,
i saw the Clash at a horrible outdoor venue in September of '82, the stage was set up facing the covered bleachers at the old Exhibition Stadium in Toronto the sound was less than desirable

the only real saving grace was Black Uhuru opened for them, the bass heavy reggae seemed better suited fro the venue and they were fantastic

@djjd62,
I really liked the OMD track called OMD, the rest didn't do much for me.

@boomerang,
And like a broken clock I'm right for once. I'm really very pleased thanks. I really like the Clash, the other day I saw this CD at a car boot sale.

It's really good one of the tracks is by Joe Strummer's first band The 101ers, but all the tracks are really good, loud thrashing proto punk.

@tsarstepan,
To be fair Hawkwind concerts do smell a bit farty, that and patchouli.

@djjd62,
I saw her at the Hammersmith Palais, unfortunately I lost half my ticket so had to get in a queue, one woman tried to push in front, but I wouldn't let her and she got really nasty. Calling me all sorts of names while I was being sorted out just as I could hear the concert starting up. When I finally got in I was in a right bloody mood.

Unfortunately I have to struggle to come up with 9 acts I've seen in concert.
I'm glad I'm not the only one.
I'd need to include the Boston Pops to make it to nine.
