If God is a minor god, say, a mind that created our reality but is part of a larger reality in Being then yes. Minds by requirement compute for answers thus they are incomplete and fallible.

If on the other hand you're referring to Being directly, the whole of reality, then no. "Mistakes" are superficial language for "I do not compute the goal of it all"...
