Please reply me with your answers. I want to know the name of the artist of the painting as well as the authenticity of the painting whether it is real or print. Please, give me your answers.

Looks like an oil painting - very dirty.

The subject matter may give you a clue to the artist. Looks like a '43 along side the signature.

Where did you pick this up?

Its a "forensic painting " of the Costa Concordia, just before she hit the rocks.

Its really an amateurish painting. Thats ship is in Big trouble ith that teeny tugboat steaming for the rocks an the shallows
