To Ed's, Victorville Ca Daily Press
My most profound thanks to Ken Churchill for “Electrion Results” Feb. 9, “…almost doubled my vocabulary….vetting, xenophobia, alt-right…executive privileges,…” assuring us, “I plan to use these words every day….,” but concludes by asking, “What does ‘bigly’ mean?” Well,

Ken’s letter assures I’m not alone… Because there are so many unfamiliar words, however, we do have to decide which ones to look up or remember, else we’re overwhelmed. So to that end I classify ‘em as follows:
(1) Common: Everyday words like “everyday,” “words,” and "like.” And “and.”
(2) Infrequent but which most of us know: “gargantua,” “visage,” “effluvium,” “inexorable,” “xenophobia,"
(3) Uncommon or foreign-derived and which you'll probably never use: “schmatte” “camorra,” “cunctation,” “hegira,” “ Struwwelpeter,"
In fact they don’t always fall exactly in one category or t’other: For instance, one from Ken I had supposed to be in cat. (2), but suddenly realized I had forgotten:

…and for guys like Ken and me: Been months since I prevailed on Better Half for another clipping ….
