A new diet which is sweeping America allows you to eat whatever you like - chocolate cake included - but limits you to only 85 bites a day.
"Instead of counting carbs, calories or fat-grams, dieters count the chomps," reports the New York Post.
But the paper insists there must be no cheating. Bite sizes have to be regular, "not stuffing your face like an acorn-packing squirrel".
