I'd love to meet everyone, but if I had to start with a small dinner party it would be (in no particular order) Joe Nation, Montana, Cav, nimh, sozobe and Walter. (w/ spouses where appropriate)
That lineup should keep the evening conversation moving right along. I may not ever let them leave!

Joe Nation and I have a beer together quite frequently...and the people who are anxious to meet him should know that he is just as nice and courteous in person as he is here in the threads.

I think this would require a different party every night for a month in order to fit everyone in that I would like to meet.

I was thinking I'd like to have a discussion party with Merlot, and cigars--with
JamesMorrison, ebrown, Thomas, Walter (no, you're not seeing things), osso, Roger, Lightwizard (when we got bored with politics and wanted to discuss art and film--and hey, he enjoys a smooth Merlot), Asherman, Lusatian, steissd, soz, Phoenix, nimh and Brand.
Then, a doobie party with Timber, dys, Diane, BPB, the former Johnny Depp (please bring avatar and 50 of your favorite guns), Rae (I shall corrupt her), panzade, the Bunny (I shall not fuss. Really.) Cavalier Fancier, Gus (though he may have to be brought by goons at gunpoint), Craven (probably need bigger goons and more hardware), Slappy, Farmerman and Montana... and anybody else who could use a night of irresponsible debauchery.
