It was a disinformation article, Walter. And if you don't understand the connection between organised paedophile rings and the Catholic church, then what do we need to show you?

In a tinpot nation like Australia, the bill for payouts to those affected by paedophilia in the church is four billion dollars. And that's just the cases that have been brought to the courts.

Organised paedophilia is a serious problem, and if our established political systems are colluding with organised religious groups to supply children to sick bastards and bitches, then I think we need to bring this to the very front of our consciousness.

That's my take on this issue. To treat it flippantly is called being complicit.

To sweep it under the carpet is called vicarious liability.

True - just a couple of days ago another international paedophile ring was lifted.
While such makes the big headlines, it's still swept under the carpet that the majority of paedophiles are doing their "stuff" within the family or children of friends.

Anyhow, fake news about such don't do a favour - neither to the victims nor as a prevention.

On a side note, was it good or bad that a person, having read a story on the internet, took it upon himself to investigate an alleged pedophile ring? Was his heart in the right place, but his mind somewhere else?
