RainSoft EC4 Drain Line Always running

Hello all, I moved into a house about two and a half years ago that came with a RainSoft EC4. The drain line lately seems to always be trickling out water. If the regen is running, the water flow is a constant stream out of the drain line. It seemed to have worked fine in the past where the drain line would trickle every now and then. Any ideas what might be causing this issue?
