It's kind of amusing how the media portrays certain things in different contexts. Because they're little kids being prescribed this drug from a doctor, nobody is questioning the possible side effects. But read about growth hormones somewhere else, and you might hear it will turn you into a neanderthal looking freak. Some say that's why "Arnold" has a protruding forehead and gapped teeth. This stuff has been used for years by athletes, and I'd bet money it's Barry Bond's drug of choice. It's kind of a "mystery" drug...even though it's been around for a long time, I'm not sure they have a firm grasp on possible long term effects.
What do you think of the little ones injecting themselves with growth juice? I could have used that stuff in high school, but at least I finally grew.
