Help Identify Source Paintings for Glass Carvings [18th Century Genre?]

There are 5 carved glass room dividers in a building recently acquired by my company. Photos of the carvings are here: http://www.imgur.com/a/bLPNl
I've identified two of the source images, Vermeer's The Milkmaid (first carving) and Chardin's Back From the Market (second carving). Both are 18th Century Genre paintings, one Dutch, on French. http://imgur.com/a/wzwRF

I would love help in identifying the other 3 referenced paintings.
