What do you have now? You can get a used Galaxy S6 for $250-300 that would give you just about all the best features of both. If you use your phone for paying at local merchants, Samsung Pay (S6 and S7) is far superior (right now) to Apple and Android Pay. If you have to have a state of the art phone with a best in class camera, you should probably go with the Google Pixel.
