Semen thieves may be red handed

Thieves who stole a consignment of bull semen may have got their fingers burned in the process.

Three canisters of semen belonging to a breeding specialist were raided from a case outside an address in Dover, Kent.

A spokesman for Kent Police said the canisters contained liquid nitrogen to keep the semen fresh, and whoever took them would probably have received severe burns to their hands.
