The University of Chicago is tied with UCal at 10th place. Even with all the gun fights, deaths, racial discord in the City of Chicago, the University of Chicago ( on the SouthSide of Chicago)has maintained it's status as a World class University.

I wonder what the rankings would be if the list were broken down by fields of interest and type of diplomas. In other words, specific categories.

For example:
1. What are the top 10 universities for engineering degrees?
2. What are the top 10 universities for Law degrees?
3. What are the top 10 universities for degrees in medicine?
4. What are the top 10 universities in business degrees?
5. What are the top 10 universities in Science and technology?

There are many other categories I could list. This is only a tiny sample of diplomas and categories.

I guess M.I.T might be number 1 in Science and technology. I don't know.
I guess Harvard might be number 1 in Law. I don't know.
I guess UCLA School of Medicine might be ranked very high in the medical fields. I don't know.
