My wife and I went to see "Sully" today, and wanted to recommend this movie.
Tom Hanks plays Sully, and the resemblance is pretty good. If you go see the movie, sit through the credits at the end. Many people walked out, and missed some important stuff.
Tom Hanks is good at this type of role. I plan to watch it on TV in time.
I like the movie trailer, but I don't get how I can keep my interest in a movie if I have absolutely no suspense about what happens and how it ends.
@cicerone imposter,
I thought you meant this guy.
@hingehead,
I bet Tom Hanks would be an interesting guy to travel with. I'd go to any place in the world with him.
@hingehead,
Tom Hanks was born in Concord, CA. When I worked for Florsheim Shoe as a traveling auditor, I used to go to Sun Valley Shopping Mall in Concord to audit the store there. That was a few life times ago (like about 50 years ago), but we pass by there on our way to Sacramento about once every ten years. We went by there just a few weeks ago to visit Old Sacramento and to spend two days with my sister in Elk Grove. The Tower Bridge across Sacramento River on M Street was built on my birth year.
