Sorin, it's not. I don't know about the grammar but meaning isn't clear. There are about 8 different interpretations; for instance enjoy your candy bar not only when cycling but also when testing new things...

...in response to an inquiry to your superiors howe much you like a certain candy while riding your bike and therefore whether it would be okay also whilst testing a new product off the production line

I suspect it means something like, "Enjoy your recent status while cycling and testing those new products"
