when would use these words(go on, carry on , keep going ,continue..)?

when I use these words : go on,carry on , keep going , continue , you are saying.
and when someone stop talking and you want to say continue .

what is words better to use, and what is common to use,and what another words is your suggestion for this situation ?

I would most likely say 'go on' or 'continue'.

when I use these words : go on,carry on , keep going , continue , you are saying.

It's just a feeling that 'carry on' means about the same as saying 'don't let me interrupt'. In this context, it sounds like you don't care if they continue to talk or not.

I'm not sure what 'you are saying' would mean, but I feel like it sounds a little impatient.

These usages are really pretty subjective, and I'm giving my own viewpoint, not definitions.
