I think my chiclid is sick...

I have 5 chiclids in a 20 gallon tank and it has been the same setup for about 8months... One of my chiclids has a clear-white film on its scales...
I think it might have a disease or something because this has never happened before...

It sounds like "ick". Your pet shop should have medicine that you can put in the tank that will clear it up quickly.
