Scart to DB15/BSC

Hi, I need to make up a wire that'll go from the SCART output on my DVD to the 5BNC or preferably straight into the DB15 monitor cable. I've seen a SCART to 5BNC on the net for £60....yeah! I'm looking for any referances to the pin assigenments of SCART leads etc and basically how I'd solder this thing up. It'd be easier to do SCART to DB15 as then I don't need to unplug 5 BNC's out and in again just to play a DVD. Also what pin outputs what on a graphics card would be good so that I know what is being transferred to my monitor and on which pin/wire. PHEW, thanks in advance anyone
