This is my first time gambling online but the casino I choose did not allow me to make any deposits through my credit card, it says that my bank does not allow deposits for online casinos. I tried several times, but now I have been blocked. Is there a way to resolve this problem?

Use a different credit card.
Treat it as a wake up call to get some sense and stop gambling.

You may need a credit card that doesn't identify what country you are in.

Banks in the United States often block online gambling sites as often they're illegal in the US, poorly secured, etc....
They're often discouraged by the government as they tend to be illicit business fronts (money laundering and funding) for organized crime and terrorist groups
If you can its better to use debit cards or some e-wallets like paypal and skrill
