We once lived in Naperville Il, and was rated as the #1 city in the US. We now live in Sunnyvale, CA, which is located in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Where do you live, and how do you rate your place of residence?
Our rate is somewhat higher than the national average, in Tomball.

I did not make my post clear. We rate a bit higher than the national average for crime. I keep my eyes wide open all the time.
