I did not find divisbilty in my dictionary, but perhaps you ment divisibility which means dividable without leaving a remainder. By the usual definition of remainder 3560.5 has a remainer, however it can be divided by 0.5 = 7021 which does not have a remainder.
Also 3560 can be divided by 5 = 712 with no remainder.
5 can be divided by 5 = 1 with no remainder. Neil
