Facebook says "No internet connection"

When I try to use the FB app on my iPhone with a cellular connection I get the message"No internet connection". Bu I can do internet surfing by web browser and all of my other apps. I am logged in on FB. My iPad FB app works fine. What is wrong?

Sounds more like the download is screwed up than anything else. I'd reinstall the program.

Just solved the problem. Deleted the app then reinstalled it. Works fine now.

This happen mostly due to inactive mobile data. Just try activating Facebook mobile data like this setting> Facebook > Mobile data then slide the button right to activate
