A priest in Romania who delivered a five hour funeral service, has been ordered to live in seclusion for a month, on only bread and water.
Priest Agapie Aurel Rusu made the service agonisingly long to get back at the dead man's relatives for complaining that another priest was not officiating.
During the sermon, the priest discussed politics, history and even heart surgery. "It was a little too much for a funeral service to last five hours," said Orthodox Church spokesman Zenovie Mosoiu.
Heheheheh, that's my type of priest!
(To be honest, though, he should be above it, but-- if no one else can -- how can we imagine them to be saintly?)
to quote a famous song.......
'just as every cop is a criminal and every sinner is a saint'............
its all in the way we are seeing it my dear...
