Sleep talking operator in trouble

An emergency phone operator thought he could do his job in his sleep. Now his bosses want answers.

The apparently sleep-challenged operator dozed off in Maryland while taking a call about a burglary at 2:40 am, authorities said.

A tape of the conversation between the victim and operator showed the operator fell asleep as soon as the frantic caller started talking. The operator even snored.
