Which English dictionary should i use

I am an English Major stufent.Should i buy a dictionary?Or i can just use my mobile phone to look up words.If a buy a dictionary,i choose English-Chinese dictionary or Enlish-English dictionary.Oxford Advanced Learner' dictionary (OALD)and Collins Cobuild Advanced Learner's English Dictionary,which is better?

For the people whose major is english should use the O.E.D.more.And you can also download Merriam-Webster app in your cellphone.
