macsm, Your "Death on the Nile" had to be responded to. When my sister and I visited Egypt last year, we visited Agatha Chritie's suite at the Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan. I read the novel when I got back from my first Egypt trip five years ago. I also bought the tape of the movie.
