It is accepted decorum on this thread Ed that the Reply page is accessed by clicking on the user's name in the last post. This procedure, which you might notice is usually followed by the regulars here, saves having to scroll down to the Reply to All box and as the responder is not replying to all but to the previous poster it not only saves a little time and trouble but it makes a lot more sense.
