That's what the Mexican's called cranes on the Texas and Pacific Railroad when I was a kid - c1940's - in West Texas.............. Yep, I was in Midland, TX about the time Laura was born........

It was an adventure each day, the steam engines pulsated over the tracks - alive with each 'Chooo, Chooo, - steam running through their veins................
