yes ! the best "oliebollen" are served on holland-america line ships. a junior waiter comes around with a basket of hot "olliebollen" while you are waiting for you breakfast; a nice touch. they also serve the best dutch raisin bread - the funny thing is, it usually is not on the bread buffet, you have to ask for it and they'll sneak you a slice as if it's contraband. hbg
